Strategic Coaching

I have found that a key issue for business leaders is their lack of time to work on their business. They spend dozens of hours each week working in their operation and lose sight of what’s next. My approach as a business coach has three components:
- First: help leaders find the time they need to work on their business.
- Second: together we research and brainstorm each relevant strategy to verify its applicability and potential impact on the company's growth and profitability.
- Finally: we partner to implement each strategy and measure its effectiveness throughout the process.
